2. Warranty Coverage:
SuperHandy (“Brand”), under the ownership of Great Circle Machinery Corp., warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the product (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). Should the Product fail to conform to this warranty, the Brand will, at its discretion, either provide replacement parts or, in cases where the entire product is shown to be irreparable, replace the product, provided the Purchaser follows the procedures outlined below.
