6. Deliveries to multi-story buildings are not guaranteed to be delivered beyond the ground floor. NO INSIDE DELIVERY.
7. This unit is shipped Fedex Ground/SAIA with signature required for all deliveries.
Returns (Buyers Remorse)
*Units can only be returned in NEW/UNUSED condition. As soon as gas is put in the tank they are USED.
– ALL returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Contact info@renovomotors.com for APPROVAL and RA number before returning item.
– Request for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. (Only NEW/UNUSED units may be returned)with 10% RESTOCK FEES
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– Returns must be shipped in original carton with ALL original documentation.
Damaged Items
Free replacement parts will be shipped out if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be offered. If damage is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Warranty and Defective Parts:
Renovomotors offers a 60 day parts replacement warranty. Gas units sometime require minor adjustments to get them running properly. Parts also can be damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for making any adjustments to the unit and installing any defective parts replaced by the manufacturer. All required technical support will be provided by the manufacturer. Renovomotors can assist you with contacting the manufacturer if you have any problems but the warranty is ultimately the manufacturer’s responsibility. No warranty is offered or implied by Renovomotors.
Product Use:
Some products may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds Renovomotors and the manufacturer harmless of any liability.
