We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Warranty
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

1. Eligibility:
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Wavian or from one of our authorized distributors/resellers. 
2. Warranty Coverage:
Wavianusa, warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the product ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). Should the Product fail to conform to this warranty, the Brand will, at its discretion, either provide replacement parts or, in cases where the entire product is shown to be irreparable, replace the product, provided the Purchaser follows the procedures outlined below.
3. Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by:
Normal wear and tear. b) Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. c) Unauthorized repairs or modifications. d) Natural disasters or other external causes.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim:
Contact Wavian or Renovomotors customer service within the Warranty Period, providing a description of the issue and proof of purchase. b) Upon validation of the claim, the Manufacturer may, at its discretion, send out replacement parts that address the problem. c) If the Purchaser provides conclusive evidence that the entire item is not repairable or usable, the Manufacturer may, at its discretion, issue a replacement product. d) If a Purchaser is unable to perform necessary repairs, and a local power equipment shop is engaged for repairs, the Manufacturer may consider reimbursement or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis, but such accommodations are not guaranteed under this warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability:
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the provision of replacement parts or the replacement of the Product. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
6. No Other Warranties:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Manufacturer for the Product and is in lieu of all other warranties, representations, guarantees, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Best Sandless Fillable Sandbags Thus Far

I love the thickness, sturdiness, the price of these sandless fillable sandbags.I needed them to use around the perimeter of my property due to increased rain fall & seepage of water into my basement. My area has become a flash flood zone & I needed something effective & affordable. This product fit the bill perfectly! Will be buying again when I need more. 🙂

Exactly what I was looking for!

I wanted these to place around my pool deck to weigh down the leaf cover. They are perfect for what I wanted. Heavy duty canvas and they have no leakage. We'll see how they hold up through the winter but they certainly seem very durable.

Much lighter than sandbags! Worked great. WHAT A RELIEF FROM FLASH FLOODS

These saved my patio from being flooded in a flash flood we recently had. Houses in my area are built right on in the ground, so there's no porch. I have a flat patio at the front door, and the patio roof drips a lot in the rain. The water literally made it up to my front door! But not inside--thanks to these flexible flood barriers. With no advance notice, I saw big puddles on my street that popped up quickly, after just a few minutes of rain. I ran to get these barriers, which had just arrived day before. I got drenched while putting them in place to absorb water running of the patio roof, and I continued laying them all the way to the front door. All the barriers got wet, absorbed water, and kept my living room floor intact! 100% recommend. You can stack them to create a wall if you have high flood level or just lay them out, slightly overlapped like I did, to absorb water and prevent water flowing into the house. Fire stations in flood zones should give these out, because regular sand bags are too heavy to use for smaller people. I am drying these out right now, (it took 2 days of sun) and they're supposed to be reusable. I'll update this to include how they work when reused. Darn, app won't let me upload photos!
